The MGBond aluminum composite sheet consists of 3 layers. The outer layers are two aluminum plates and the core is made of polyethylene, also called black plastic. This makes the material very stable and sturdy, yet lightweight. MGBond plates are very popular for various applications in the advertising industry. This is because the board is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, has a durable gloss and color fastness and because it offers maximum adaptability without deformation. The sheets are also excellent against UV radiation. The top layer is stainless and is protected against chemicals and varying weather conditions. This powerful lightweight plate can withstand temperatures from -50 °C to as much as 80 °C. The material is also very good for milling, sawing, gluing, drilling or printing. Commonly used for facade cladding, billboards, displays and milling work.
