This system is supplied as a set of 2 stainless steel banner holders with coating, incl. Tension springs, 8 pieces for 800 mm, 10 pieces for 1000 mm and 2 tubes that you must insert through the tunneled fabric. You must perforate your banner yourself for the springs.
